I'm a desert-dwelling, chicken-tender-loving mama with a camera in hand and a heart for deep conversations. Some of my favorite things? Hot chocolate, thrifting, DIY projects, and discussing faith and marriage, whether with friends or on our podcast.

I picked up a camera at 16 and never looked back. What started as a creative passion became my dream career and an answered prayer. Photography, for me, is more than just capturing beautiful images; it’s about telling each couple’s unique story. Some moments are high-energy and playful, others quiet and romantic, but all are rooted in authenticity and connection.

Beyond photography, my heart beats for strong, Christ-centered marriages. Through our podcast, I love diving into the beauty and challenges of marriage, offering encouragement beyond the wedding day. Whether I’m behind the lens or behind the mic, my goal is the same, to celebrate love, truth, and the sacred story the Lord is writing in your life.

I'm Josh! I'm a husband, dad, and storyteller at heart. My days are spent filming weddings, editing, and chasing Lucy Rae around the house, and when I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me lifting weights or reading books about theology.

Filmmaking started as a fun (aka completely hilarious) thing to do with my friends in high school but quickly became something deeper. I believe wedding films should be more than just a montage of moments, they should tell a story, one that reflects the depth of your love and the weight of your vows. My goal is to create films that don’t just remind you of your wedding day but of the commitment you made and the life you’re building together.

That same love for storytelling is what drives our podcast, where we dive into the beauty and challenges of marriage. Whether I’m crafting a wedding film or leading a conversation, my focus is always on what lasts; helping couples build a strong foundation for a lifetime together.

Oh hi again! Just as a reminder, I am the founder, co-owner, and lead photographer of TaylorRae Photo and Film.
I got my start in high school taking photos of graduating seniors and small families but jumped into couples and wedding photography in 2019 and never looked back.

I'm putting myself here in this selection of our team photographers to remind you that these other ladies are not the B team. They have the same skill, passion, and heart that I do for this job and my couples. Having any one of them as you day-of photographer would be such a joy and I'm so thankful to have them on our team.

I love my job because of the couples I get to serve not just on their wedding days but in the days, weeks, and months leading up to the first of their many Best Days Ever. Having a team means I'm able to serve more couples in the ways that I love most!

Hello, my name is Amy Susnjara and I am BLESSED to work as a wedding photographer. I have a big heart for marriage and all that it represents. Marriage is the BEST! I’ve been fortunate to work with TaylorRae for over 4 years now and honestly, it’s because of her that I am where I’m at today! My goal for my couples is to ensure they feel loved, seen, and comfortable with me on their special day and I’m excited to make that happen for YOU! When I’m not hanging out with my awesome couples, I’m probably hanging out with my husband, eating pasta, drinking too much coffee, and thrifting!

Originally from Fresno, CA, I moved to sunny Phoenix, AZ in 2016, where I’ve embraced the heat (with shockingly just a few sunburns). I’m a lover of travel, DTPHX, and coffee shop editing sessions. Most Friday nights, you’ll find me unwinding to classic rock that really rocks, or John Mayer with a mouthful of In-N-Out.

With a background in journalism and photography since 2015, I specialize in editorial and documentary-style wedding photography. I focus on what matters most to you—capturing your love story in a way that makes you feel truly seen and known. As a team photographer for Sacred Story Co., I offer timeless, handcrafted film photography, and a sharp eye for light, movement, and detail. I take a fly-on-the-wall approach to my film service, and have a genuine reverence for the authenticity of your wedding day.

Film and I have a lot in common, and maybe you can relate—both of us embrace unpredictability; Hopelessly romantic, soft, but a little grainy by nature. We’re sometimes messy, but more often than not, just vulnerable in an unscripted kind of way (kinda like singing along to Mr. Mayer with fries falling out of your mouth).

MARRIAGE

We believe in the sanctity of marriage, and love to pray for and encourage our couples as they prepare for their wedding and future together. We remind our couples what we have learned ourselves: that the covenant between the two of you reflects the relationship between Christ and His Church. This means that when we love and pursue each other well, we make God look really good, and guess what? He is.
To serve our couples after their wedding day has come and gone, we put out weekly episodes on our podcast to encourage an equip couples to glorify the Lord in their marriages.
